Branch Manager

SUMMARY:

Food Distribution Company in Cape Town Southern Suburbs has an opportunity available for a Branch Manager who will report to the National Operations Manager

• Fleet / Equipment / Fuel Management
• Beneficiary Organisation Management
• Reporting
• Donors / Suppliers / Stakeholders
• Human Resource Management
• Finance
• ICT

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Management or similar
• Minimum 5 years management experience from a FMCG Industry (not a Food Retail Store)
• Minimum 5 years relevant supervisory experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and preferably an Inventory management software package
• Proper knowledge of a warehouse environment, and demonstrate that they can lead a team and manage the branch to achieve specific objectives
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, maintain focus on tasks and produce accurate work
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Make presentations and develop reports as needed
• Be a creative problem-solver with strong organisational, planning, anticipatory management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and effectively work with a diverse team

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
