JOB SUMMARY:
A leading debt collection company based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Branch Manager to join their team. The successful candidate must come with strong management experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Management.
3-5 Years’ experience in a managerial role.
Experience in Debt Collection, Retail or Credit Industries.
Strong knowledge of the National Credit Act and Debt Collectors Act.
Strong MS Office experience.
Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage people and performance.
Manage team targets and KPI’s.
Deliver reporting on activities.
Training and development.
Admin Ad-hoc duties.
