JOB SUMMARY:
Our client (based in Secunda) is recruiting a Branch Manager that will be responsible for sales, management, and operational control of the branch. Minimum of 5 years experience is required with experience in scaffoldings, painting/fireproofing products and contract management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Min of 5-10 years’ experience in previous branch manager or senior project manager experience.
Excellent knowledge of insulation, scaffolding, and painting/fireproofing products and technical application in a project setting.
Extensive experience in contract management with a specific focus on unit rate contracts.
Commercial knowledge and experience are essential.
Good business development skills, Financial and admin skills.
Ability to sell to and build/strengthen relationships with local and international customers.
Ability to manage, lead and inspire a team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Manage and oversee operations.
Achieve the budget sales target on an ongoing basis.
Increase market share.
Measure, manage and report the branch’s financial performance monthly.
Performance management of staff, and ensuring the branch is geared to perform.
Implement ad maintain the company SOP’s and SHEQ policies and procedures.
Manage and improve the relationship with the client and expand the scope of work beyond current services.
