POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 and any other qualification will be an advantage
• Hardware or technical sector experience
• 5 - 10 years experience in similar position
• Stable working history
• Experience with:
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the branch's growth and sustainability
• Explore opportunities for expansion or diversification.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community
• Participate in community events and support local initiatives
• Analyse sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance
• Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce losses due to theft or damage
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with sales records
• Prepare and manage the store's budget
• Monitor expenses, track income, and seek cost-effective solutions
• Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Recruit, train, and supervise store employees
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks
• Promote a positive and productive work environment
