POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have +6 Branch Management experience from the Manufacturing space.
• Must come from the industrial industry and with proven experience.
• Must have good leadership.

Duties include:

• Provides the vision, sets the direction of the department, and inspires others to deliver on the organization mandate.
  • Apply the policies and guidelines as issued by the Executive Committee of the company.
  • Define business objectives through budget and strategic planning.
  • Monitor the development of the results of the company and carry out final responsibility for achieving these objectives.
  • Report on the financial results of the company.
  • Ensure that adequate organization structures, resources, plans, procedures, systems, and controls are in place to attain agreed goals and objectives.
  • Makes all decisions related to the company within the general guidelines and limits of authority of the company.
  • Submits annual operating budgets and investment expenditure budgets to the company’s Executive Committee for approval.
    • Selects and appoints immediate subordinates if necessary, together with the Managing Director, and delegates to each of them responsibility and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – BCom Technology / Engineering or any related qualification.
