My client, a supplier of hydraulic equipment is looking for a suitable experienced Branch Manager to join their team to be based in Port Elizabeth.
POSITION INFO:
Job Overview:
Oversee all processes in branch as well as executing corporate governance
Sales targets: Liaison and push sales rep
See that sales rep is executing duties and assist with reaching targets
Report to MD on sales target improvements and processes to be implemented to reach targets
Visit customers from time to time with sales rep
Branch Admin:
See that all administrative duties are executed
Monthly reporting schedules are followed
Oversee staff duties and its execution
Oversee workshop processes and production
Weekly and monthly reporting to managing director and CFO
Workshop Setup
Product purchasing and IBT planning
Weekly inventory counts, Annual inventory counts
Warehouse and inventory management
Financial Admin:
Follow customer payments
Customer liaison to sort out non-paying and late paying customers
Implement measures to keep cash and cash payments safe and banked on a weekly basis
Logistics and inventory planning:
Understanding from staff and customers on products needed and acquiring products
Daily customer order despatches
Quality control and on time deliveries
Market assessment
Disciplinary code enforcement
OHS system and training
Branch security implementation
Staff time keeping and tracking of sales rep movements
Vehicle maintenance and equipment upkeep
Covid 19 protocols execution
Product and process training of staff
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in management
Experience in hydraulic equipment sales
Valid driver licence
Experienced traveller
Available by 1 April 2021
Salary: R22000 pm
