Branch Manager (Saldanha)

Purpose:

We are currently looking for a Branch Manager in Saldanha who will oversee the day-to-day branch management, responsible for managing the team, client service, sales, and operations.

Responsible for:

• Operations
• Client retention and relations
• Management
• Branch Marketing and Sales
• Legislation & Industrial Relations
• Financial Management

Experience and Qualification:

• Matric
• Bilingual (English and or Afrikaans)
• Minimum of 5 years Operations or Management experience
• Qualification in Business Management and or Human Resource Management - would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in Staffing, Human Resources, Recruiting, or Industrial Relations - would be advantageous.
• Ability to meet set goals with a proven record of achieving revenue targets
