SUMMARY:
Our Client based in the East Rand is looking for a Branch Manager(Transport Industry)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• To manage all aspects of the depot to ensure efficiencies in Operations, Sales, Employees, Debtors, Finance and Workshop
• Maximise branch profitability and achieve budgeted targets for both income and expenses
• Maintain a competitive advantage throughout the branch area of responsibility
• Recruit, lead and inspire staff for optimum results in customer service and retention
• Negotiate contract renewals 
• Assist the debtor’s department to manage debtors aging within 30 day payment terms
• Focus on cost control and keep fleet running costs consistently low, without sacrificing quality
• Recommend vehicle disposals, replacements and additions to the National Fleet Manager
• Attend to all H.R. requirements
