SUMMARY:
Our Client based in the East Rand is looking for a Branch Manager(Transport Industry)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

To manage all aspects of the depot to ensure efficiencies in Operations, Sales, Employees, Debtors, Finance and Workshop
Maximise branch profitability and achieve budgeted targets for both income and expenses
Maintain a competitive advantage throughout the branch area of responsibility
Recruit, lead and inspire staff for optimum results in customer service and retention
Negotiate contract renewals
Assist the debtor’s department to manage debtors aging within 30 day payment terms
Focus on cost control and keep fleet running costs consistently low, without sacrificing quality
Recommend vehicle disposals, replacements and additions to the National Fleet Manager
Attend to all H.R. requirements
