SUMMARY:
Our client within the hardware and building trade is looking for a Sales and Branch Manager to run their Worcester Branch

POSITION INFO:

Job Specification

Candidate needs to be dynamic

Management of staff and staff matters as well as overheads in control of all divisions and functions

Customer base maintenance and recruitment of new customers

Liaison with suppliers

Marketing and market research

Ensure sales targets are achieved

Supervision and control over sales 

Staff training

Be prepared to work extended hours when necessary

Application of discipline and good housekeeping

Strong leadership skills

Team Player 

Enthusiastic and energetic

Honest

General neatness

Engaging personality

Strong problem solutions skills

Good negotiating skills

Minimum Requirements

Matric or Grade 12

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Valid driver''s license

Strong computer skills

At least 3 years of experience in the Wholesale/Retail sector with a focus on building materials and associated hardware

3 to 5 years Branch manager experience

Clean Criminal Record 

Strong leadership skills

Strong people skills

Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

Results-driven Customer focused
