POSITION INFO:
National Transport and truck rental company is seeking to employ an experienced Branch Operator to join their team Responsibilities: Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability • Maintain\/Arrange services on vehicles • Maintain\/Arrange for COF on vehicles • Attending to vehicle licensing • Attending to Abuse on vehicles • Attending to Abuse recovery • Obtaining quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehicles • Insurance claim \/ all relevant documents • Create workshop RA's • Branch RA's • Gate passes • Closing details \/ RA's • Assist with VMR • Fuel slips, fuel recons • Customer liaison • Workshop liaison • Assist other branches • Fleet pack\/month end • Assist contract costing • Responsible for keys in and out to drivers • Petty cash • Arranging Insurance confirmations - and claims • Attending to Traffic fines • Attending to Breakdowns, after hours standby where required • Driver scheduling • Invoicing • After-hours Standby Please send your CV and salary expectation to Pieter, email:
