🔹 About the Role

As an Area Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Building and leading a motivated regional team.

• Driving sales, business growth, and client relationships.

• Implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth performance.

• Training and developing team members into future leaders.

• Reporting directly to senior management and playing a key role in expansion initiatives.

You’ll be working in a hybrid structure — attending an in-person interview at Pretoria Head Office, after which you’ll manage your branch from your own area.

• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.

• Strong communication in Afrikaans and English.

• Goal-driven, confident, and adaptable.

• Leadership ability with a passion for working with people.

• Previous experience in sales, management, or business development advantageous but not essential — we train our future leaders.
