SUMMARY:
Growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.

POSITION INFO:

Job Objectives

  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Qualifications in Sales or Business.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales.
  • 2years experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven experience as key account manager.
  • Good PC and software skills.
  • Basic accounting and/or technical knowledge.

  • Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues
  • The ability to work independently and within a team
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients
  • Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs
