We are looking for a creative leader with a commercial mindset - someone who can shape a brand, tell compelling stories and lead the creative process from idea to execution. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, guiding an internal creative team while partnering with specialist agencies to produce work that drives engagement, generates leads and supports business growth. This role suits someone who enjoys building brands, leading talented creatives and turning innovation into campaigns that people notice and remember. What will you do? Develop and own the brand, content and communications strategy across multiple markets Build and manage the content calendar, campaign roadmap and key messaging pillars Lead an internal creative team of designers and a videographer, providing direction, feedback and creative leadership Own the brand voice and ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint Create compelling copy and campaign narratives for product launches, digital platforms, presentations and sales materials Direct creative concepts, oversee content production and approve all final creative output Manage external digital and eCommerce agency partners, ensuring activity aligns with business objectives and performance targets Support product launches with impactful marketing campaigns, promotional activity and sales enablement tools Use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow, content creation and campaign delivery Analyse campaign performance and optimise content using data and commercial insights Work closely with product development, sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing supports business growth What do you need? 4–7 years' experience in brand marketing, content, communications or integrated marketing Experience leading creative teams and managing agency partners Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills Strong creative judgement with an eye for design, branding and visual quality Commercially minded, with experience creating campaigns that drive engagement, leads and growth Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity Highly organised, proactive and accountable A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge ideas, inspire others and deliver high-quality work
