My client is looking for a brand home manager to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Front Of House Management

Run, mentor, grow the brand home front of house team for best-in-class execution and consumer experiences with clear guidelines
Overseeing the day to day running and operational protocol of the company brand
Devising the brand guidelines
Inventing and carry out ways of working to deliver industry leading service levels and execution standards

Hospitality Management

Performing a “conscious luxury” food and beverage program that incentivizes guests to spend more time and money at the brand home
Looking beyond and sustain the standards of our brand home experiences

Brand Home

Overseeing the Brand Homes shop and retails standards
Carrying through efficient and calculated consumer journey blueprint, highlighting key touchpoints.
Working closely with the Global Brand Homes Team to ensure alignment with the Group vision

Finance Management

Correcting Food and Beverage costing (GP Management)
Forecasting annual marketing budget, operational expenses, and annual sales numbers
Budget complied and approved in line with organisational growth
Oversee costs against approved budget and make certain that expenditure lines up with the budget

Education and experience:

5-10 years’ experience in hospitality management, with a strong understand of running High end Restaurants and Bars
Experience in the Alcohol industry is advantageous
Strong understanding and experience in Luxury Brands
Practical Experience in brand-building projects is essential
Hospitality Management Certification
Have a valid driver’s license and own transport
