POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer and market research to identify insights and opportunities.
• Develop and implement data-driven brand strategies and messaging.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Align internal teams around brand vision and values.

• Translate strategy into actionable marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end execution across digital, in-store, and traditional media.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

• Track competitor activity, category trends, and evolving consumer behaviour.
• Use insights to guide innovation and maintain brand relevance.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on key marketing metrics.
• Ensure marketing spend aligns with budget and business priorities.

• Strengthen brand visibility through PR, media engagement, and influencer partnerships.
• Oversee social media and digital communication for brand consistency.

• Support sales objectives through effective brand activation and trade marketing initiatives.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and participate in relevant training.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Brand or Marketing Management within FMCG.
• Proven project management and creative development skills.
• Strong understanding of digital, social media, and e-commerce marketing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
