Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and strategically minded Brand Support Manager to act as the essential right hand to our Brand Lead. This role is designed to translate high-level brand vision into actionable plans and flawless execution.
You will serve as the operational engine behind brand strategy, ensuring all projects, campaigns, and partnerships are meticulously managed, aligned, and delivered to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives.
Success in this role requires a blend of project management discipline, brand marketing knowledge, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Operational Execution
Translate Vision into Action
Partner with the Brand Lead to break down the annual brand strategy into detailed, actionable roadmaps, project plans, and timelines.
Manage the Brand Calendar
Own and maintain the master brand calendar, ensuring campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives are logically scheduled and delivered on time.
Brief Development
Develop clear and comprehensive creative and project briefs based on strategic direction, ensuring internal teams and external partners have a strong foundation for execution.
2. Campaign & Project Management
End-to-End Project Support
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives from kick-off to post-campaign review, acting as the central hub for communication and progress tracking.
Resource & Budget Coordination
Assist with brand budget management, track expenses, process invoices, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximise return on investment.
Quality Assurance
Review campaign deliverables, including content, creative assets, and marketing materials, to ensure they align with brand standards and strategic objectives before final approval.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Serve as the Central Liaison
Facilitate communication and workflow between the brand team and internal departments such as Creative, Digital, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Facilitate Meetings
Coordinate status meetings, cross-department check-ins, and brainstorming sessions, ensuring clear action items and accountability.
Remove Roadblocks
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or misalignment between teams and resolve issues quickly to keep projects progressing smoothly.
4. Partnership & Agency Management
Oversee External Partners
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for external agencies, production teams, and vendors, ensuring they have the necessary information and assets to deliver on time and according to brief.
Manage Collateral & Assets
Coordinate the collection, review, and distribution of brand assets and marketing collateral across the organisation.
5. Performance Analysis & Market Intelligence
Track & Report
Monitor campaign performance against key performance indicators, gather insights, and prepare reports with recommendations for optimisation.
Competitive Analysis
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments, providing regular insights to support brand strategy and product teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand marketing, marketing project management, or a strategy support role.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
