Minimum requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- 2+ years' experience in a similar coordination or dispatching role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in using relevant technology and software
- A customer-centric mindset and dedication to quality service
- The ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
