POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Head of Sales & Customer Experience to lead our bridal boutique's sales performance while delivering an exceptional experience for every bride. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and developing the sales team, overseeing daily boutique operations, and ensuring every client receives personalised, high-quality service from their first consultation through to collection of their gown. Key Responsibilities: Lead and conduct exclusive bridal consultations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring every bride receives a personalised and exceptional customer experience. Oversee and conduct alteration fittings in line with SOPs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the fitting process. Clearly communicate boutique procedures, timelines, expectations, and after-sales processes to clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer journey. Monitor the daily appointment booking log, proactively identifying scheduling conflicts, capacity issues, and operational concerns, and implement corrective actions where required. Take overall responsibility for achieving sales targets by implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and driving a high-performance sales culture. Lead, coach, mentor, and manage the sales team in accordance with company SOPs, providing regular feedback, performance management, and ongoing development to maximise individual and team performance. Develop, maintain, and distribute product training materials and updates to the sales team, ensuring consultants remain knowledgeable about current collections, product features, fit, fabrics, and new arrivals. Compile and distribute weekly sales updates to the team, including order arrival dates, stock availability, promotional activities, product training, and other relevant sales information to support effective customer engagement. Ensure consistent compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards while maintaining the premium customer experience synonymous with the Timeless Bridal Couture brand. Ability to analyse sales data and prepare accurate reports to support business decision-making.Knowledge of luxury retail, bridal fashion, or premium customer service environments is highly advantageous.
