Our client is looking for a Broker assistant to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Broker Assistant to join our growing team in Table View, Cape Town. This role is ideal for a highly organised, client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for meaningful career development within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will support Consultants through administrative assistance, client liaison, and operational coordination, ensuring a high standard of service delivery at all times. Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Consultants with all administrative tasks. Assist clients with employee benefit queries (telephonic and email). Liaise with service providers to ensure queries are resolved. Provide feedback to client and\/or consultant on progress and resolution. Keep tracking reports up to date. Assist Consultants with onboarding of new clients both digitally and with paperwork. Assist with creation of presentations. Organize and maintain office operations and procedures. Desired Experience & Qualification Valid Driver's license. Own transport. Willing to travel locally. Matric certificate RE5 Certificate. Additional qualification\/Certificate will be a plus. Microsoft Office - Full package. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Result orientated. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Clear focus on high quality and business profit.
