Location : Lyttelton, Pretoria Salary : per month Essential Qualifications: - RE5 Certificate (essential) - General Cross Professional Development (CPD) points - 3+ years experience in the short term insurance industry (preferred) - General knowledge of the short term insurance industry - Own transport & valid Code B driver''s license Essential Experience: - 3+ years in the short term insurance industry - Policy administration and client engagement - Record keeping and engagement management - Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook proficiency essential) - Industry-related admin programs and platforms Key Responsibilities: Client Service & Administration: - Deal with clients on a day-to-day basis, delivering exceptional service - Maintain a high customer satisfaction score and fast first-response times - Manage and administer policies accurately and efficiently - Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client engagements Essential Skills: - Outgoing personality and easy to work with - Task-driven and results-oriented - Self-disciplined in record keeping and administration - Strong client communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook - Ability to grow into a management position over time
