Are you an experienced and driven professional in the short-term insurance industry looking to take the next step in your career?

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Broker Consultant to join a dynamic and growing division based in Cape Town.

You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and intermediaries, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

🔑 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within short-term insurance
RE5 qualification (essential)
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Confident communicator with solid industry knowledge
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain brokers and agents
Act as a key contact, providing product support and market insight
Conduct presentations, training, and regular engagement with brokers
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Analyse performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
Stay up to date with market trends and compliance requirements
