POSITION INFO:

As a Broker Consultant, you'll identify and onboard new brokers, educate them on our products, and drive sales to meet targets. With strong networking skills and a deep understanding of financial products, you'll expand our broker network and contribute to the company's growth.

What to Expect:

• Identify and connect with potential brokers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
• Stay informed on our financial products, gathering feedback for improvements
• Develop tailored solutions and identify sales opportunities
• Provide brokers with updates, training, and support on product features
• Set and strategise to meet sales targets
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
• Report on sales activities, progress, and market insights regularly

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred
• RE 5 preferred

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements in South Africa
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
