JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the property industry who is based in Parow, Cape Town would like to fill a permanent position for a Broker's Administrator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric with at least 3 years of relevant admin experience.
  • Good communication skills (Fluent in English language)
  • Decision Making
  • Time Management
  • Self-motivation
  • Teamwork
  • Creativity
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Property Industry experience (leasing)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The duties of the employee shall constitute the following:
  • Answering the switchboard
  • Typing
  • Administration (general administration)
  • Administrative assistance to brokers and admin staff where needed
  • Assist with general queries
  • E-mailing messages using outlook to staff
  • Filling
  • Making copies
  • Prepare boardroom for meetings
  • Progressing data (stock in Prop Data System)
  • Telephone follow-ups
  • Welcome clients and visitors
