SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecoms sector requires a Budget Support Analyst on a short term 4 months contract, who will be able to meet the below requirement:

POSITION INFO:

Key Focus Areas

Understanding of input system and Hyperion
Understanding the process for reconciliation
Development of exception report and remediation process
Analysis of group wide KPI’s
Linking Financial metrics to Technology progression and insights
CAPEX and OPEX analysis across the OPCOs
Relevant trend analysis on OPEX and CAPEX
OPEX /CAPEX optimization

Quality Assurance

Challenge and recommend changes
Ongoing management of the submissions from the OPCOs which includes but limited to Data input verification
Regular follow up with spoks (in relation to timelines)
Ensure all fields on tool are completed.
Data validation
Ensure inputs are aligned with Hyperion.
Perform reasonability assessments (e.g., wide deviation analysis)
Final quality checks on the OPCO submissions
Compile a final budget output document for Group Technology
Analysis of group wide KPI’s
CAPEX and OPEX analysis across the OPCOs
Relevant trend analysis on OPEX and CAPEX
CAPEX optimisation (are we doing more with less)

Key Experience Required.

4-7 years budgeting experience which include.
Telecom industry.
Understanding of budgeting scope
Strong understanding of Telcom (IT, Network)
Capital & Operational budgeting experience.
Data Analysis and Validation experience (Power BI experience)
Strong Stakeholder engagement and alignment skills
Essential Regional Experience.
