SUMMARY:
We are recruiting on behalf of a client where tech meets terroir, spreadsheets meet scenic views, and cross-functional projects are as plentiful as vineyards. They’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with solid project management chops to help drive strategic initiatives across a diverse and dynamic business.
POSITION INFO:
This isn’t your average BA gig. You’ll be the glue between business and tech—facilitating workshops, writing elegant BRS documents, and leading projects from brainstorm to delivery. Your work will touch everything from retail and finance to accommodation and supply chain. If you know your BPMN from your UML and can manage stakeholders without herding cats, this is your sweet spot.
Expect to engage with multiple teams, map business processes like a cartographer of logic, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks. You'll also have a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful views your career will ever offer.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proven project delivery skills with real-world PM methodology (Agile, PMBOK, Prince2, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
Experience with process mapping, documentation, business case writing, and the full BA toolkit
Industry exposure to retail, supply chain, hospitality, logistics, or finance is a bonus
Qualification:
A relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Information Systems is required. (FTI, PMBOK, Prince2, or Agile certification = gold star.)
