POSITION INFO:
We are a dynamic Tech Consulting company seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our team on a client engagement within the investment space. The ideal person will have a strong background in Investment or LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider) environments and be comfortable working across both business and IT domains.
What you'll do:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive requirement elicitation and solution design.
- Collaborate with development teams, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support change management and implementation processes.
- Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the investment or LISP domain.
- Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and operations.
- Ability to work across both business and IT functions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is advantageous.
