Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
Our clients are on the lookout for Business Analysts who strive in sleigh-ing KPIs and delivering holiday cheer through data-driven insight.

POSITION INFO:

Analyze workshop data to identify trends in toy demand, elf efficiency, and cookie consumption
Develop dashboards that even Santa can read without his glasses
Optimize the Naughty-and-Nice List using modern BI tools (no more parchment scrolls!)
Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for stakeholders—both human and elf
Work cross-functionally with Gift Strategy, Sleigh Engineering, and Cheer & Engagement teams

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Santa’s Magical Dashboard Suite)
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Experience working with large datasets (Naughty-and-Nice lists
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, candy-cane-fueled environment
