Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
A leading provider of international trade and supply chain technology solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Century City, Cape Town. This is a fully in‑office role for someone eager to make an impact and willing to travel as needed.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support key projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimise workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and assist in solution design.
• Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making.
• Support project management activities and assist in tracking project progress.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with internal teams and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or a related field.
• Preferably some experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, process mapping) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
