SUMMARY:
A leading provider of international trade and supply chain technology solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Century City, Cape Town. This is a fully inâoffice role for someone eager to make an impact and willing to travel as needed.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support key projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimise workflows.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and assist with solution designs.
Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decisionâmaking.
Support project management activities and assist with tracking project progress.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or a related field.
Preferably some experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail environments.
Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; and experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, process mapping) is a plus.
Willingness to travel when required.
Ability to work effectively in a fastâpaced, collaborative environment.
