Overview:

An established IT Services and Support company, with its head office in East London, seeks to hire a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. Your duties will revolve around building relations with clients to establish their business requirements, documenting and collating requirements to build solutions to work with new technologies and in new environments, and improving system performance. You will be involved in planning and spec sessions as well as the improvement of our internal technical processes and procedures. Engagement with developers and understanding development logic and logical thinking is required. To be successful in this role, you need extensive business analysis knowledge and skills as well as the drive to get things done right.

Specifics:Â

• Develop Software to specification
• Maintain and Improve existing solutions
• Write pseudo code and UI tests to improve system stability
• Assist with application design and technical documentation
• Ensure software is developed to a high standard
• Execute technical investigations
• Ensure system quality through defined processes and standards

Requirements for this role:Â

• Info Systems Degree with honours or close alternative
• 3+ years'' of solid working experience
• Strong Business Analysis experience (developing specs, testing requirements and managing client expectations)
• Logical thinking and decision making skills
• Ability to understand clients business rules and translate into documentation and system rules
• Documenting and managing requirements and traceability
• Specification creation, review and manage client sign off
• System testing of signed of requirements and specifications
• Providing direction to junior team members to complete tasks on specifications and testing
