POSITION INFO:
Business Analyst required to join a very successful and growing financial services company on a 12-month contract that has been determined to be outside IR35 offering a rate of £375-£425 per day. The company are based in Scotland and are offering remote working initially, but this may change to a hybrid working structure further down the line.
The company have grown massively over the last few years and are now in the process of making some key changes to their business. This particular contract will be focused on designing and implementing a brand new company wide CRM system. At present their internal CRM system has grown organically with the company but has remained slightly neglected and is in real need of a revamp! The project will involve you acting as a bridge between the stakeholders and the development team, to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide key updates! This is the largest project the company has ever undertaken, and the CRM system is the heart of their business, so it is a great opportunity to get in with an amazing company and really showcase your skill set!
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a number of different large scale CRM based projects and overseeing these projects from conception right the way through to rollout. You should also be able to demonstrate key stakeholder manager skills such as reporting, budgeting, and providing updates.
Key responsibilities and experiences:
** Minimum 5-10 years'' experience working as a Business Analyst
** Experience using various planning tools such as Jira
** Previous CRM experience
** Enthusiastic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
