JOB SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a vibrant Business Analyst to join their amazing and growing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst/software marketing/product management experience.
- Payments experience and Africa experience is essential.

Education:
- Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Advanced degree would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the payments industry would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office

Job Requirements:
- To liaise among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of the company.
- To recommend solutions that enable organisations to achieve its goals.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team;
establishing project budget.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business
planning.
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
- Manage project deliverables/Milestones in accordance with the project development roadmap.
- Advise on project resource allocation to complete project in time and manage project backlog on a bi-weekly basis
with product owners.
- To conduct market research in specific identified target markets and to establish a market need and business case for
specialized product offerings.
- To assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- To provide internal and external training.
