POSITION INFO:
Your Role:

Design and optimize business processes for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and objectives.
Document user stories in JIRA and ensure alignment with Agile practices.
Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.

We’re Looking For:

10+ years’ experience in business analysis and transformation.
Strong skills in process modeling, strategic planning, and risk assessment.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Advantageous: experience in digital transformation, change management, and cloud technologies.
