As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will:

- 𧪠Test & Validate: Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- ð¦ Deliver Projects: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles—from initiation and planning to implementation and handover.
- ð Drive Change: Facilitate workshops, present proposals to senior leadership, and lead digital transformation efforts.
- ð¤ Lead Teams: Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective self-management and teamwork.
