Business / Data Analyst

POSITION INFO:

We are currently urgently looking to onboard four data/business analyst contractors to assist with an Annual Financial Statement Preparation project we are initiating. The timeframe for which these contractors will be needed are ASAP until mid December with the possibility of extension. The key role of the contractors will be to understand the data elements and flows required by 99 entities to compile their annual financial statements so the contractors can appreciate how this information is currently sourced and how it potentially can be sourced in the future (noting our current implementation of new systems) to feed a report writing tool.

Considering the above, we believe the following capabilities will be instrumental for the contractors:

• A strong ability to appreciate data elements and flows across multiple platforms
• An appreciation of what an annual financial statement preparation process entails
• A good understanding of effective process design and mapping and
• An appreciation of IFRS and its requirements will be advantageous
