POSITION INFO:
A growing digital marketing company is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Developer to join their team. This role focuses on lead generation, business development, relationship management, and supporting sales growth within the digital marketing and social media space.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Support the sales process from prospecting through to closing
- Conduct market and client research
- Assist with positioning and packaging of digital marketing services
- Attend networking and business development activities
- Work closely with internal creative and strategy teams
Minimum Requirements
- Driver's license and own reliable motor vehicle
- Previous sales or client-facing experience advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Exposure to digital marketing, social media, SEO, or online advertising advantageous
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and online communication tools
Salary & Structure
- Permanent half-day role (4 hours per day initially)
- R10 000 basic salary
