Our client is seeking an exceptional Dealmaker to drive new business acquisition in invoice discounting and working capital finance. You’ll engage senior decisionâmakers, craft tailored financial solutions and play a key role in unlocking liquidity for clients in a fastâpaced, highâgrowth environment.
POSITION INFO:
Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across invoice discounting and working capital finance
Build strong relationships with CFOs, FDs, and business owners to understand funding requirements
Deliver compelling pitches and customised solutions addressing cashâflow challenges
Grow a strong introducer and referral network to ensure ongoing pipeline quality
Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of solutions
Qualifications & Experience
BCom in Marketing or Finance
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in trade or working capital finance (preferred)
Minimum 2–4 years in corporate working capital solutions
Experience in financial corporate lending or leveraged finance advantageous
Skills
Proven success as a sales hunter within financial services
Strong knowledge of invoice discounting & working capital finance (advantageous)
Excellent pitching, negotiation, and dealâclosing ability with senior executives
High resilience, tenacity, and ability to perform under pressure
