The Role
Our client is seeking a Business Development Consultant to spearhead outbound sales efforts across the UK and US markets. This consultative, high-activity role involves making 100+ calls per day, booking qualified consultations, and delivering a compelling, value-led narrative tailored to each prospect''s context.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to generate new leads
- Schedule qualified discovery consultations with sales decision-makers
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity
- Deliver persuasive messaging grounded in real-world use cases
- Employ a consultative sales approach to identify client pain points and demonstrate platform value
- Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to refine outreach strategies
- Consistently achieve and exceed consultation booking targets
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years in B2B outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles (SaaS experience a plus)
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM (required)
- Strong communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable engaging with mid- and senior-level stakeholders
- Familiar with UK/US market dynamics and B2B buyer behaviour
- Self-starter who is adaptable, coachable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
