Our reputable client, a leading firm in the short-term insurance brokerage industry, is actively seeking two highly successful and results-driven Business Development Executives. These strategic roles are open in the following key locations:

📍 Nelspruit (Mbombela)

About the Roles & Candidate Profile:

The client requires candidates who preferably reside in or near the advertised locations. This is essential to ensure the hired professionals possess a deep understanding of the local market, can effectively utilize networking opportunities, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
The Ideal Candidate Must Demonstrate:
Extensive experience within the insurance brokerage industry
A robust track record in generating new leads and consistently converting them into profitable, sustainable business.
In-depth knowledge of short-term insurance, specifically demonstrating solid expertise in both commercial and personal lines insurance.
A history of successfully meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Specific Language Requirement for the BDE - Nelspruit (Mbombela) Role:
Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in Afrikaans, as a significant portion of the potential clientele in the Nelspruit region is predominantly Afrikaans speaking.

Nelspruit R40,000 - R45,000

East London R35,000 - R50,000
