POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager – Field Operations, a field-based leader who will spearhead merchant growth by coaching and empowering a regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage Growth Executives and Administrators
Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and multi-product adoption
Manage regional performance, forecasting, and pipeline health
Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Ops
Attend merchant meetings and support deal closure
Ensure continuous product training and certification

What We’re Looking For

5–7 years’ experience in sales management or channel leadership
Proven leadership experience in field-based sales environments
Strong CRM, data analysis, and reporting capability
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing advantageous
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (extensive travel required)
