POSITION INFO:

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading business growth, expanding our customer base, and diversifying our product ranges. This role requires relocation to Zambia, where you will immerse yourself in a dynamic market ripe with opportunities.

Proven record of accomplishment in business development, preferably in automotive aftermarket, tools, cleaning solutions, or power generation sectors.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelorâ€™s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Leadership potential with aspirations for senior roles.

Develop and implement robust business development strategies under the guidance of our Group Operational Leadership.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse functions for efficient operations.
Provide guidance and training to the Internal Sales function for improved customer satisfaction.
