We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Report to: Head of SalesSeniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

BDMs can manage the ‘power base’ within the ‘Buying Centre’. They are accomplished in Solution Selling.
Articulate the client’s ‘compelling business need’ and develop a solution that satisfies critical elements.
Lead demand-generating sales activities in the assigned market.
Build relationships with Principal Vendors and negotiate pricing & procurement control.
Coach and mentor subordinates in effective operations practices.

Core Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Achieve the annual revenue/sales target
Lead demand-generating sales activities
Convert sales opportunities to wins, track billing, and survey customer satisfaction
Source and distribute relevant thought leadership and marketing material
