Business Development Manager

SUMMARY:
Our company which provides Temporary Employment Services, payroll services and HR Solutions to clients in various employment sectors requires the services of a Business Development Manager to grow and expand our current customer base

POSITION INFO:

The succesful candidate will be required to 

Have experience in same or similar role within the Labour Outsourcing, Payroll Administration and Recruitment industy 

Identify potential customers and generate leads

Do the necessary introduction to prospective clients.

Advise clients on  possible solution relating to our offerings and application

Be well conversed with current labour legislation

Minimum Requirements for the position are as follows

Minimum 5 years sales experience 

Valid Drivers lisence and own reliable vehicle

Candidate will be required to travel for business

Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
