POSITION INFO:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for logistics and supply chain excellence? Tarsus, a leading logistics company, is looking for a Business Unit Manager to take ownership of a high-performing operations team and drive business growth across South Africa.
What you’ll do:

Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the business unit, from procurement to delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, secure new business, and optimize operational efficiency.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Lead, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve operational excellence.
