Our client has a vacancy for a Business Development / Sales Manager who meets the following mininum requirements:

* Matric
* Drivers License
* Own transport
* 3 to 5 years business development management

Required competencies:

* Computer literacy
* Customer focused
* Administrative skills
* Query resolutions
* Good communication skills
* Report writing skills
* Knowledge of SAQA and related legislation will be an advantage
* Sales and marketing experience
* Staff management experience

Duties will include:

* Recruit new clients and maintain existing client base
* Build rapport with current and prospective clients
* Plan and oversee marketing initiatives
* Find and develop new markets and improve sales
* Attend industry functions, including conferences and events
* Training of staff
* Human resources management
* Management of budget
