We Are Hiring

We are a growing property maintenance and renovations company looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

This role is focused on generating new business, building client relationships, and closing deals across multiple service lines including:

Waterproofing
Painting
Renovations
Plumbing & Electrical
Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades

What You’ll Be Doing

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Reactivate previous clients and build long-term relationships
Manage and grow an existing client base
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
Work closely with estimators and technical teams to close deals
Present solutions to homeowners, landlords, and small commercial clients

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience (construction/property industry highly preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong experience in cold calling and building a pipeline from scratch
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with strong follow-up ability
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Based in or near the Northern Suburbs

Advantageous

Experience selling multiple service offerings (renovations, maintenance, construction, etc.)
Exposure to working with estimators or technical teams
Existing network within residential or small commercial property market
