Business Development Technical Support - Engineering Graduate

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

• Support business development activities.
• Provide technical support.
• Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through technical input and documentation support.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication of programme updates and client requirements.
• Participate in regular programme meetings to maintain an awareness of project developments and proactively support technical and commercial alignment.
• Engage daily with the engineering and integration teams to gather updates, enhance technical knowledge, and provide real-time feedback to the Business Development function.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing system costing documentation and commercial proposals using Microsoft Excel and internal tools.
• Contribute to the drafting, proofreading, and reviewing of contracts, End User Certificates (EUCs), and other legal documentation, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and host client visits, including system demonstrations and facility tours, to support relationship management and business acquisition efforts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning to contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Recent Engineering Graduate with an Honours Degree
• Strong skills in business development and technical support
• International travel will be required
