SUMMARY:
About the Role:
Take data from numbers to insights that drive real business impact. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll transform complex datasets into actionable reports, uncover trends, and provide recommendations that shape strategy and improve performance across the organization.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to guide business decisions.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Support BI initiatives and contribute to data-driven projects.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4–6 years’ experience in BI, data analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
