As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering impactful dashboards and visualisations. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to translate complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions Analyse large datasets to generate insights for business decision-making Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs Monitor and troubleshoot report performance and data issues Continuously improve reporting capabilities using best practices and new tools Support reporting across key business functions, including sales, marketing, and operations Job Experience and Skills Required Education: Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: Minimum 3+ years' experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualisation Proven experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Power BI dashboard design and development Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools Understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices Exposure to cloud platforms or modern data environments is advantageous Advantageous Skills: Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines Familiarity with marketing and operational metrics Apply now!
