Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

SUMMARY:
Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd is currently seeking a BI Developer to join the Data team in George. This small department’s main responsibility is to develop and maintain various Qlik data Apps that will be utilized by the business for decision making purposes.

POSITION INFO:

Essential Job Functions:

• Translating business needs into technical specifications
• Extract data from business systems in a useful format for decision making
• Design Qlik Apps to turn data into useful information
• Maintaining data analytics platforms
• Evaluating and improving existing systems
• Conducting troubleshooting and performing quality checks on Qlik Apps

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

• Beneficial to have experience as a Qlik Developer (or relevant software) with 2+ years’ experience
• SQL
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
